Respiratory Care WA has begun an important piece of work to build and implement a new Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, which will help us have holistic, up-to-date and secure information about our patients, health professionals and supporters. The CRM will help us deliver on our purpose to empower Western Australians living with a respiratory condition to live their best lives. Respiratory Care WA is looking for volunteers to help with data entry for the final phase of our CRM.
