Community Groups
Having the right knowledge about respiratory conditions and knowing how to respond in an emergency can make a life-saving difference.
We work with community groups across metropolitan and regional Western Australia to improve understanding of asthma and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), supporting safer, more informed communities.
Through free, in-person education sessions, we help individuals and groups build confidence in recognising symptoms, understanding medications and devices, and responding appropriately during an asthma or COPD flare-up.

What we provide
Our team delivers tailored community education sessions covering:
- Asthma and COPD First Aid
- Recognising symptoms and triggers
- Common medications and inhaler devices
- Practical response during flare-ups and emergencies
