Urgent and Emergency Care
Respiratory Care WA does not provide urgent or emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 000 or go to your nearest emergency department.
For urgent, non-emergency health advice, contact your GP or call Healthdirect on 1800 022 222, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Referrals
A referral from a GP or other healthcare professional is required to access Respiratory Care WA Respiratory Hub services.
A GP or NP referral is required for the Children’s Respiratory Hub and to see our paediatric respiratory specialist.
We are unable to accept self-referrals.
Referrals and enquiries are managed during business hours.
