We are delighted to welcome Mike Erickson as Respiratory Care WA’s new Chair, succeeding Chris Bath after eight years of dedicated service in the role.
“It’s a privilege to take on the role of Chair of Respiratory Care WA, following Chris Bath, whose contribution to the organisation over many years has been enormous,” Mike said.
“We look forward to continuing to build an organisation that delivers sustainable impact, strengthens communities, and improves the lives of people living with respiratory conditions.”
After eight years on the Board of Respiratory Care WA, including seven as Chair, Chris Bath has helped guide the organisation through a number of significant milestones, including its transition from Asthma WA to Respiratory Care WA in 2024.
“It has been a privilege to contribute to an organisation that is making a real difference to people living with respiratory conditions across Western Australia,” Chris said.
“I’m grateful to my fellow Board members, staff, clinicians and supporters for their commitment, expertise and friendship. I’m proud of what we’ve achieved together and wish the Board and team every success for the future.”
Respiratory Care WA thanks Chris for his outstanding support, leadership and guidance, and wishes him all the best for the next chapter.
