I am from a
sports group

From soccer matches and dance classes to school swimming carnivals kids with asthma should be able to join in and have fun, without asthma holding them back!

Being active can help kids with asthma stay fit, maintain a healthy weight, strengthen their breathing muscles, and help their lungs work better. Playing sport can help kids make new friends, develop problem solving skills and develop teamwork.
